Our Mission
The Victory Firm was founded with a simple mission embodied by three goals:
1.
To help our clients and be the only law firm our clients need for their life.
2.
To protect our clients' freedom, families, and assets.
3.
To win.
Our Attorneys

Jamie Beal, Partner
My name is Jamie Beal and I am a Founding Law Partner at The
Victory Firm. My career as an attorney began in criminal litigation as an assistant city attorney for the City of Little Rock. I then transitioned into handling complex and contested family law cases, including custody, child support, and divorce, for one of the biggest law firms in Little Rock. However, when I started practicing Probate and Estate Planning, I found my true calling.
As a father and a family man I enjoy helping guide people, especially when it is through a difficult time in their lives. Arkansas law and the probate process in Arkansas can be complex. My goal is to be there for my clients, to take their worries away so they can focus on their families, and to make the process as easy as possible.
I stepped away from a big law firm because I wanted to be the best attorney for my clients. My goal as a founding partner of The Victory Firm was to be part of a team of lawyers that actually care about their clients and that work hard to get their clients the best possible results. I feel that nothing less than our best is acceptable, especially when we are dealing with something as important as your family, your future, and the legacy you leave.
For all your lifetime legal needs, the Victory Firm has your back.
Choose the winning team. Choose Victory.

Jason McLeod Kidder, Partner
My Name is Jason McLeod Kidder, and I am an attorney serving the citizens of the State of Arkansas and a Founding Partner at The Victory Firm. My background and primary field of practice is criminal defense litigation. However, I have had a passion for estate planning and probate law since I was in law school and at the top of my estate planning class.
Estate Planning and Probate are the only areas of law outside of criminal defense work that I get to fight for and protect my clients from the government. However, in estate planning work, instead of protecting my clients lives and liberties, I am protecting something just as precious and important… their families, their futures, and their legacies.
Through my years of practice, I have developed lasting relationships with my clients, many I now regard as friends. What became clear to me is that my clients trust me and they call me for all of their legal needs even if it has been outside of my primary field of practice. My desire to help my clients and for them to be properly taken care of for all their legal needs is where the idea for The Victory Firm was born.
The Victory Firm will have your back for life- from a DWI, to helping you fight for custody of your children, and to making sure your life savings goes to your family and not the government.
For all your lifetime legal needs, the Victory Firm has your back. Choose the winning team. Choose Victory.

Kenneth Lee Nathaniel Hamilton
Criminal Defense Attorney
Kenneth Hamilton has been a practicing criminal defense attorney since 2019. Since then, he has handled hundreds of cases from traffic infractions to serious high level felony offenses. Kenneth’s passion for helping people started young, and only grew as he got older.
Kenneth is an only child of a single mom. His father was criminally convicted and served a prison sentence in California for most of Kenneth’s early life, making his father a stranger to him until re-meeting him in Kenneth’s late 20s. Growing up, he saw several of his friends get into criminal trouble as teenagers, and realized just how much one bad decision or circumstance could change someone’s life. These experiences inspired Kenneth to practice criminal defense – so he could be a lawyer like his mother who worked so hard for him and help people placed in bad circumstances like his father.
His goal is to defend and protect the lives of his clients with passion, empathy and understanding. Kenneth knows that there is no such thing as a bad person, only bad circumstances, and everyone deserves a second chance (or third, or fourth). Kenneth’s outlook on criminal defense is simple - he’s not here to be known as the most famous attorney who makes the most money with the biggest cases. He’s here to help the regular people, folks who made one or two mistakes, and stand with them and for them in the face of the hardest times of their lives. Kenneth is here to protect you and help you move forward, with respect and dignity.
Kenneth is married to Tara Hamilton, a therapist in the Little Rock area. Together they have two dogs and one cat, and are hoping for a child. He is the son of Zina Frazier, former Directing Attorney at Center for Arkansas Legal Services. Kenneth graduated from Mills University Studies High School in 2012, received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville in 2016, and received his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock in 2019.
In his free time, Kenneth enjoys video games and spent most of his life training in combat sports such as taekwondo, boxing, judo and jiu-jitsu, until a recent injury had him set that aside. Now, he hits the gym at least 4 times per week instead. His current favorite pastime is the game of dungeons and dragons that he plays with friends bi-weekly.
